We do not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising networks or embedded third-party content. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
Light or dark theme choice
If you press the light/dark theme button, your choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it next time. It is never sent to us and is not used for anything else. You can delete it by clearing site data in your browser.
Hosting
This website is run by Cloudflare, Inc. through the Cloudflare Pages service. To deliver the site and protect it from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type. Cloudflare acts as our data processor, and the processing is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Data may be processed outside the EU; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
When you contact us
When you email or call us, we process the information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use it only to reply and for any resulting collaboration (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
We delete the information when it is no longer needed. If your enquiry leads to a collaboration, we keep relevant information for as long as the collaboration lasts and afterwards to the extent required by law, e.g. the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
We never sell or pass on your information to others.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to or restrict the processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Contact us at mathias@bjerglund.eu.
